Delivery options
- Standard delivery (2–3 working days) — free on orders over £25, otherwise £2.99.
- Next day delivery — £4.99, order before 2pm on a working day.
- Click & Collect — free, usually ready the same day from Grove Lane, Thetford.
Returns
For health and safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days. Please contact us first on 01842 762913 so we can help.
Problems with your order
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch within 48 hours and we will put it right.
